Refund policy

Returns
We do not offer a refund or exchange on any of our perishable goods.
Exceptions may be made in certain situations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All custom products are not returnable.  Cotton Candy orders are not returnable.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 

No refunds on custom orders or cotton candy.    No refunds on late, delayed deliveries due to logistics company and or customs border crossing. 

Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@candyflossland.com and send your item to: 3025 Lenworth Dr., rear of building, Mississauga, Ontario, L4X 2G3 CANADA

Candy Floss Land Ltd. is not responsible for any damaged, late or delayed arrival of order as we do not control logistics once it has left our premises.   No REFUNDS.
